FATE Solutions was founded with a focus on supporting existing customers using cloud-based ERP and CRM software. Our aim is to use our extensive knowledge of custom development to assist our clients with continuous improvement to get the most out of their existing systems.

We know that customers often may feel like they aren't receiving the attention they require from their current partners once they've gone from "New Customer" to "Existing Customer", and aim to ensure they feel like they can still receiving quality service to meet requirements that appear after go-live, were intentionally deferred, or were recognized as expecting completion later.

The company name comes from this idea - F.A.T.E - From Acceptable To Exceptional - we want to take what is currently only "Acceptable" to you and turn it into something "Exceptional" that becomes a value add to you and your business.
